SGL_Cache problem fixed

We had an interesting problem reported on the forum by rungss, where SGL_Cache objects were not returning singletons correctly.

Dmitri has just implemented the fix:

Svn users please update as this is a fairly serious prob, esp. if you 
are trying to squeeze out performance.
