Seagull Available in Japanese

Thanks to the hard work of Dozo Yousan and his team, Seagull now has Japanese translation available in two encodings, EUC-JP and UTF-8. Dozo translated all the modules so Japanese support is comprehensive.

As you can see by our Frapp map , Seagull takeup is slowly spreading through Asia, which is reflected in our increasing translation count. If you haven't yet signed up to Frappr, do it now so other devs can put a face to your name.
